About the client:

Fishency develops and delivers advanced technology solutions for the continuous monitoring of fish groups across the entire value chain. By combining image analysis, IoT sensors, and Artificial Intelligence, the company enables the collection and analysis of real-time data related to fish health, welfare, and production. About the role:

You'll have senior responsibility for ML training pipelines, model quality, and continuous improvement of Fishency's AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training pipelines
• Train, evaluate, and validate ML models
• Analyse model performance and error sources
• Collaborate closely with QC and annotation teams
• Prepare models for Edge deployment

Technical requirements:

• PyTorch / TensorFlow
• MLflow or Weights & Biases
• Advanced Python, statistics, and data analysis
• ONNX, Linux, Git
