About the role:

Who are you creating for? Our audience are tech leaders and hiring decision-makers at Norwegian and Australian companies who are scaling their engineering teams. Your content needs to reach them, earn their attention, educate them, and move them toward a conversation with our sales team.

• You will work closely with the marketing and sales team and report directly to the CMO.
• The focus is simple: you will create content in English and Norwegian across our channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. You will also support the team with content for our website, landing pages, blogs, and other tailored formats as needed. Over time, this may expand into formats such as podcasts, webinars, and additional platforms.
• Everything you create should be produced with the mindset of bringing in new leads that convert into clients.
• You will review and report on content performance across these channels weekly to the marketing team, so we can decide what to keep, improve, or change to increase conversion and sales.
• You will also create content for our existing clients, partners, and subscribers to deepen engagement and generate referrals and upsell.
• We always welcome new ideas and thinking, and work best with people who take ownership and pride in their work.

This is a remote/hybrid role. 
Ideally, you'll be based close to our team members in Australia.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual who can research, analyse, and evaluate to join our marketing team. You will research topics that matter to our audience to create targeted content, and turn performance data, trends, and market insights into clear recommendations that guide our content and campaigns.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Relevant degree or certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are a significant advantage
• Understanding or knowledge of the Norwegian and/or Australian market
• Experience or strong interest in B2B content creation
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Data-driven mindset with a keen interest in using AI tools to gain an advantage in content creation, distribution, and performance optimisation
• Able to stay up to date with digital marketing trends
• Team player who is also independent and self-motivated
