Facilitated Work Hub (FWH) was founded in Vestfold, Norway in 2002, and in 2008 we established our subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here we developed our hybrid model giving clients access to top senior developers in Vietnam who integrate seamlessly with their internal teams.

FWH was created out of first-hand frustration with developer shortages and traditional outsourcing models that lacked transparency, control, and long-term ownership. Our founders, Øystein and Uma, set out to build a better alternative, one focused on quality, trust, local presence in Vietnam, and strong collaboration across borders.

Structured for cross-border collaboration

We operate as a single, integrated organisation across multiple regions. Our sales team is based in Oslo, our developers and operational leadership are located in Vietnam, and our executive leadership, including the CEO and CMO, is based in Australia.

Across time zones and cultures, we work as one team, guided by shared values, open communication, and a consistent focus on quality in everything we do.
